A lovely, healthy rose. Came as the largest 5″ plant I have ever seen. Planted directly into the ground in spring this year has grown and continually blooms. The scent is amazing.

My Nastarana is just a few months old, living happily in a pot on the north side of my house where it gets morning/evening sun and afternoon shade. It has already put out several flowers. They last for a couple of days. They are blushed pink in the bud and white when the flower opens. The scent is only perceptible when you put your nose right on the flower, although it’s possible that when Nastarana becomes a big bush it may give off more scent. I would describe it as like a floral perfume (not spicy, not fruity, not heavy rose like damask but still easily identifiable as rose). The petals reveal the centers of the flower, which should be good for pollinators. The foliage is delicate, you could almost say wispy.
