We guarantee our roses to be true to name and healthy when shipped. Planting and growing instructions are included with every shipment. In the rare event that a plant fails, notify us within 1 year of receipt, and you may choose to have a one-time replacement (if available), a credit, or a refund of the price of the plant.
Refunds are made in the same manner payment was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for weather extremes, animal damage, neglect or improper care (such as over/under watering or spray damage).
