Kim Rupert –
If you’re interested in playing with an interesting mini for breeding, Torch of Liberty is one to buy. It’s a fertile triploid which can produce quite a wide range of interesting results when crossed with species, OGRs and others. It’s a very nice, productive rose in its own right, but for breeding, it’s a lot of fun!
