Portland – Hybrid Perpetual (Jean-Pierre Vibert, France, 1843)
True to it’s namesake, Yolande d’Aragon is a stalwart in the garden. Large fully double, cupped and quartered blooms arrive in late spring and repeat later in the season. Flowers are mauve to purple in color and are very fragrant. Growth is upright and dense.
