I absolutely love this rose. It is a prolific bloomer (not drought tolerant, sadly, but it ‘tolerates’ not getting enough water from time to time). It has a light perfume, and the blossoms are the most beautiful shade of light pink, and very full. It’s been in my garden for more than 10 years.

Great OGR with lots of historical significance. Many books will use this rose as one mentioned in there story. Performs well in the Texas spring but few blooms in our heat of summer.

An all time favorite. It’s first year I got up in the morning and hurried out to see this rose first . One time it produced a totally square bloom ! It’s only drawback is the color can look a little grayish pink in the shade .
