Shrub (Discovered by Mike Shoup, United States, 2014)

Belinda’s Blush is a creamy pink sport of garden stalwart Belinda’s Dream.  Like it’s reliable parent, Belinda’s Blush is a nearly thornless upright shrub reaching 4′ to 6′ tall.  Blooms are large (3″ – 4″) and full of petals with yellow undertones and a moderate fruity fragrance.

This rose is a favorite. A very unique pale blush color with ivory, and one of my very best bloomers! It has also been a great grower!

  2. Mary Cookson

This rose is one of my favorites. It’s easy-care, disease-resistant, thornless, and the blooms are beautiful. It grows quickly into a full shrub with a nice shape.

I just received this rose. It’s in great shape, and I’m so excited to see it bloom in the spring. The soft colors will add so much to my garden.

i purchased three of belinda’s blush and i would hate to lose them. some sites list her as zone 6-7. is it really hardy to zone 5? do you have field test results you could share? i think we would all appreciate that info. i hope she is, what a beauty…

Thanks for your review. I do believe Belinda’s Blush is a solid zone 5 rose. We’ve had people growing it all over Colorado, and definitely in zone 5. Also, this rose is a sport (or natural mutation) of Belinda’s Dream and that rose is very reliable in zone 5. I’m confident it will do well for you. As always, we guarantee all of our roses for a full year. If you do have problems, just let me know.
