Large-flowered Climber (Jacques Mouchotte, France, before 1985)
Large, high-centered buds open to full, fragrant old fashioned blooms of pink with silvery highlights. The attractive blooms repeat on a vigorous bush with glossy foliage and thick canes that can reach 12 to 15 feet. Eden is a versatile climbing rose that can be trained on fences, trellises, walls and gazebos.

Tough and beautiful rose. It’s a little slow to take off, but it’s healthy and the blooms are huge and plentiful.

No blooms in her second season in ground, but she did put on a biiiit of height. Hoping this was the ‘creeps’ year and next will be all I’ve dreamt of. Zone 5b/6a, hot and humid

One of my favorites, but doesn’t bloom enough! It handles my tough Western North Carolina environment fairly well. It’s a beautiful rose!

Eden has been a slow grower but I expect big things from her next year. She is truly a must have rose.

Like the other reviews mention, Eden takes some time to get established. She’s very healthy in my zone 6a zone and once she got established she became a show stopper! She’s worth the wait!

I’m giving Eden 5 stars having seen in photos what it is capable of. Mine has been moved and was set back in its first year . It only produced one bloom so far, but i know it will be an exceptionally gorgeous plant once it gets it’s roots in deep.

Seems to be slow to start but taking hold well, with very healthy looking foliage but no blooms yet. Looking forward with fingers crossed.

A must have in any garden! I ordered 2 bands last winter and planted February 2023. Only got a few blooms on each this spring but they are young plants and everything I’ve read says that Eden is slow to get going. I’m looking forward to this coming spring.

I used to live in Colorado but moved to the central coast in California. I ordered an Eden climber. Like the other comments I was not aware that it was a slow one to produce flowers. It did not bloom last year but did grow. We ended up having to move it in January and I was afraid that might slow it down or it might not survive. Despite the move, Eden grew like crazy this year and is already blooming. With indications that it will continue to do so. The blooms are gorgeous and I love the scent. It completes the arbor that my husband gave me several years ago. I am glad I found such a lovely rose to grow on it.
