This yellow blend miniature is absolutely packed with petals. Yellow buds open with fiery orange and scarlet highlights. Blooms come in flushes throughout the season. Loves full sun.
I have been growing Ring of Fire in my zone 10 garden for over 30 years. Even with benign neglect it has always been trouble free with glossy green leaves and plenty of flowers. I collect the petals from my miniature roses to make fresh petal confetti in the spring. The Ring of Fire flowers always have the most petals and their color makes the confetti extra cheerful. They don’t have any fragrance, but I mix the petals with another miniature that does (Savannah Miss).
