St. Patrick

Rated 4.00 out of 5 based on 1 customer rating

$25.95

Hybrid Tea (Frank A. Strickland, United States, 1999)

Irish eyes are smiling on this rose for sure.  Elongated buds open to reveal exquisite high centered blooms in shades of yellow, gold, and yes, green.  Excellent in the heat but take care in winter, St. Patrick can be a bit tender.  Gray green foliage covers this disease resistant plant and makes it a unique addition to the garden.

St Patrick has beautiful flowers with a unique color. Unfortunately, it doesn’t love my clay soil, but is doing very nicely in a large pot. I think it prefers looser soil and more heat. The leaves are pretty healthy and I hope to see more flowers next season.
