Ahh, Its such a wonderful rose. Blooms are amazing, big, and the fragrance to die for. I own already 3 bushes and I want more.

Gorgeous rose and the fragrance is like no other. If you can get your hands on one it’s worth it!

I know this rose is hugely popular with many gardeners but it just doesn’t like my garden. I’ve tried multiple times from multiple sources and it suffers from failure to thrive followed by not surviving the winter. There are many other Austins in my garden but sadly this one is not meant to be. Good alternatives that seem much hardier are AUSap, AUScot, or AUSblanket.

If I could give this rose more than 5 stars I would – it is the most elegant rose I have ever grown. The color, shape of blooms , habit, all is excellent.

This rose was just ok in my yard. It underwhelming compared to the hype
I think that Auscot is a better rose.

If fragrance is what you want, you cannot beat this rose! (Unless you want old rose fragrance, then get Gertrude Jeckyl, Ausbord).
The fruity fragrance is incredible as well as powerful. There is a reason this rose was chosen to make a perfume, and I would recommend that
as well if you like the fragrance of the rose.
This is not one of the more cold hardy roses, for me adding protection is not enough. I will overwinter it in the entry way, that is how much we love the fragrance of this rose!

Aussaucer is absolutely worth the hype! She thrives even in my 110-degree dry summers, but she’s definitely the thirstiest of all my 30+ roses. When given plenty of water and good feeding, she rewards with an explosion of buds that make the extra effort totally worth it.

It’s a Must Have of Dear Evelyn, a lovely rose to have in a garden 🪴 and guess what I have 7 of this and planted in a pots lol 😂. You can’t get enough of this, you must planted them in full sun ☀️, you can cut like a bush type or let it grow like climber or pegging them against to the fence wall lol. Zone8a NC
