Jamie Fesus (verified owner) –
Planted this in my zone 6 Denver yard, didn’t fertilize and only lightly amended the soil with compost, and it has been vigorous and healthy and constantly putting out little blooms. It barely noticed black spot in the unusually wet spring, was ignored by the Japanese beetles, and the extreme early heat wave did cause some of the blooms to suffer but the foliage remained green and strong and it kept putting out new growth. The smell was heavenly when I first brought it home, but so far much milder in the ground – I’ll see how it does after fertilizing and getting more established. Highly recommend!
