Hybrid Multiflora / Rambler (Vibert / De Grille, France, before 1845)
A robust historic rambler, De la Grifferaie is at it’s best with room to sprawl. Magenta blooms reliably emerge each spring with an old fashioned shape. This rose tolerates alkaline conditions better than many of the Multiflora descendants.
