Hybrid Tea (Christian Bédard, United States, before 2008)

Elegant pointed buds spiral open to reveal one of the purest white blooms you can imagine. Black-green leaves make the pure white flowers pop all the more. Good rebloom, natural vigor and long cutting stems make this a perfect addition for a cutting garden. Accented by a powerful fragrance that blends sweet citrus and old-fashioned rose scent.

New planting, so has not bloomed yet. Stayed healthy thus far with no sprays–in our wet Northeast climate, that is rare. Can’t wait for blooms come spring.

Would like to comment about “Honeymoon” rose–a power house of health and bloomed until hard frost. Scent was lovely, a great arbor rose. Can’t get my review under honeymoon–maybe an admin can help?

Planted this in the spring, and the plant has been very healthy. It has stayed on the small side so far, but the blooms are a pure white and smell lovely!

Sugar Moon was planted this past spring and it already about 4’ tall with several nice canes. Very vigorous and very beautiful, with the dark green leaves and white flowers.

Sugar Moon was planted this past spring and it already about 4’ tall with several nice canes. Very vigorous and very beautiful, with the dark green leaves and white flowers. The leaves were not affected by black spot in my humid zone 7 climate.

Absolutely stunning! The best white rose ever!

This was summer two after planting ( 2024) and this tiny one quart potted baby has grown into an absolute stunner of a rosebush. Strong healthy canes, and huge beautiful snowy white blooms. Not yellow, not cream, actually a pure white with the most delicious fragrance that can be smelt all up and down my front walk. An absolute must-have in any collection.

The most unique pure white rose ever. I planted it in 2024 and it gave me a few blooms, it’s fairly compact and disease resistant for the most part. I do have dappled shade in the spot I have it in and it still preformed. The color is like no other, almost like white as a first snow that almost glows! Once it comes back in stock will be purchasing more!

Established 2024, but only a few blooms. East facing planting bed. My roses planted in 2024 in a West planting bed last year grew quicker with more blooms. Hoping for a growth spurt in 2025

I wish you could smell this rose thru your screen because it is heavenly. As with any light-colored flower in my part of the country, I struggled with thrips at first. Once I handled that issue, I have enjoyed the largest and longest-lasting giant white blooms with unbelievable fragrance. I cut my last Sugar Moon to place on my table on Thanksgiving morning and now (12/5) it still hasn’t completely collapsed. I love this rose and I cannot wait to see it again in the spring. I would recommend this rose to any gardener who likes a strong scent and a classic looking rose.
