This rose is simply gorgeous, and has such stunning and unique blooms! It makes me want more tea roses!

  2. Rated 5 out of 5

    Rebecca Stebbins – December 6, 2023

I discovered this rose climbing a large trellis on the terraces at Powis Castle in Wales in 2000, and spent a few years searching for it in the U.S. It now climbs over the door of my studio in Southern California, where it is clearly not as happy as in the damper, cooler Welsh environment. Nevertheless it is not fussy, it has beautiful apricot blooms, is a good climber and has a lovely scent. Mine – and the one at Powis Castle – is definitely not yellow, really more apricot/blush.
