Rambler-Hybrid Wichuraiana (Dr. Walter Van Fleet, United States, 1898)

May Queen is a vigorous rambler that is great for larger spaces.  It provides any garden with a lovely strong apple-like scent when it is in full bloom. The dense glossy foliage provides the perfect backdrop for the soft pink clusters of flowers.

Note:  This rose is part of the American Rose Society’s “Save the Ramblers Initiative” focused on preserving the rare roses of Anne Belovich’s personal collection.  A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this rose will fund the ongoing preservation efforts of the American Rose Society.
