Canadian Shrub – Parkland Series (Davidson & Collicutt, Canada, 1993)
Rosy pink, double blooms with light fragrance are borne freely from early June until frost. Reaching 2 to 3 feet tall and 3 to 4 feet wide, this compact bush fits well in the front of the rose border. Glossy, medium green foliage has good disease resistance.

Morden Belle has been an absolute rock star in its first summer in my Wyoming garden. It’s in mostly full sun in a rich garden bed. Already it has put up multiple canes as high as 3’, and now in late August it’s got a dozen blooms. They’re a lovely shade of classic rose pink with some white streaks in the center. Fragrance is mild. I’m excited to try out more of the Morden series, if I can find room for them all!
