Earth Angel™

Rated 4.88 out of 5 based on 16 customer ratings
(16 customer reviews)

$25.95

Floribunda (W. Kordes & Sons, Germany, 2003)

Exceptionally fragrant peony-shaped flowers opening from dark pink buds. Foliage is bright glossy green. The form is upright and the plant typically is about 3 feet tall and 2.5 feet wide. This old-fashioned rose has an unusual fruity top note: the first impression is of lemon, and sparkles like a fine note of champagne, then presents a hint of elder flower and a discreet top note of ripe raspberries.

I got my plant last year. I’m in the area so i picked it up. Nice healthy plant. Last year i had quiet a bit growth but no flowers. This year i have a cane that’s a bit over 3 feet and roughly 20 bud. The first have opened and they are beautiful. Almost pure white and a gentle delicious smell. Well see if they have more pink when they’re more mature see if there scent will get a little stronger. Very happy!

I have bought this rose last year. She bloomed very prolifically this year. Maybe later, she will develop strong smell, but she is gorgeous. Blooms are exactly as in the picture. Beautiful in bouquets.

Earth Angel is simply stunning. I need a whole hedge of her. Some blooms start to open and look like they have wings. The scent is very lovely. Everyone needs a earth angel.

Love, love this rose! It is such a unique shape that is extremely cupped. It is also quite vigorous for me!

Love this rose! Fragrant with consistent rebloom in my zone 5b/6a garden. Not too many thorns either. She didn’t have much die-back last winter but it’s reassuring that even if she were to die back, being own root, she’d come back true.

This rose is huge and blackspot free, but doesn’t bloom a lot for me in my Western North Carolina tough environment.

I bought this plant this year in the spring of 2023. I was absolutely in love with the cup shaped petals and it bloomed prolifically in spurts for me.
Fragrance is amazing and love the color. The bloom size was small but it could be because it’s first year for it. Highly recommend this one !

Earth Angel has done really well in my zone 6a growing zone. She took a little time to get established, but once she did she didn’t look back! Her blooms look exactly like the pictures!

This is one exquisite rose – aptly named ! Certainly one of my top favorites. The October blooms had a touch of lavender , astoundingly beautiful .

Healthy, gorgeous, free-flowering. Earth Angel will grow large, and needs a good amount of space, and benefits from some sun protection midday. Overall, this is a fantastic rose that has done very well in my zone 7, humid, no-spray garden.

Earth Angel actually came a few years ago as two rooted cuttings which I separated. It is a fast grower on its own roots, and I gave one bush to a friend and the other that I kept is a reliable bloomer with loads of flowers and good foliage. I do wish the flower would open up a bit more like other roses but perhaps the point is that its supposed to have those perfect half opened flowers anyway, it certainly is distinctive. Occasionally I trim it a bit to keep it to a size I like.

I purchased and Earth Angel just one year ago. It is my second tallest rose, already. It bloomed the very first year. This is a wonderful rose and very healthy. I just bought two more roses from High Country and will give you all of my business. The Customer service is amazing. The roses are, too!

The rose arrived well packaged and healthy! The plants do well and come with wonderful instructions for caring and planting. Earth Angel is a beautiful rose and I ordered it along with Princess Charlene de Monaco. They both did beautifully. I’m always surprised that they bloom the first year. I do use fish fertilizer which definitely helps as well as BT to fight the rose slugs. I also have to protect from deer! Through it all my roses all look healthy and strong. Love High Country Roses!

    Loan Vo – December 5, 2024

I bought Earth Angel with other six roses in Mar 2022 and it just keeps amazed me everyday. High Country roses sells great quality roses even though they are band sizes. It growths strong and healthy and it repeats flowers super fast. This variety is so easy to care, no need to spray it at all. I keep it in partial shade to have a perfect bloom since I live in Florida and the heat is very extreme during summer. During Fall and Spring, its blooms are just beautiful. I adore Earth Angel and highly recommended this rose. Thank you High Country Roses for always providing high quality roses .

I bought Earth Angel for my specialty cut flower farm and it has produced so many blooms this first year. I added this beauty to many dahlia bouquets this last season. It has a beautiful fragrance and blush color with endless petals. Zone 6a, Michigan

Despite its size at arrival, Earth Angel grows quickly. Not only that, it is superior in health and vigor. And the blooms are beyond perfect. Couldn’t get a better rose. Thank you, High Country!
