Photos do not do this rose justice. It is both beautiful and fragrant in our PNW garden. Covered in blooms and we just purchased it last Spring and put it in the ground in March 2021.

  2. Rated 4 out of 5

I agree, this rose is special. It was in a spot that got some shade and even then it did okay, but I could see it was struggling even though it still had lovely upright growth, so I moved it to a warm sunny spot beside a wall, and it is thriving. I also love the gorgeous smell of this rose, and the color is ultraviolet, just please keep it out of the shade, it may tolerate the shade but it will thrive in the sun and you will be missing out if you don’t give it what it needs to live up to its stunning potential.

Out of over 200 roses this one is a firm favorite! The photos here really don’t do it justice though the color is accurate. It’s very full and quartered. It blooms heavily and for a long time too!
