Spong
$27.95
Centifolia (Spong, France before 1789)
Spong provides a classic pink rose with a quaint fragrance to any garden. The blooms of this adorable pink rose are compact and roughly 1″ in size. The bushy branching growth habit provides a statement shrub even when this once bloomer is not showing off its blooms in the spring or early summer.

Michelle B –
Spong has the sweetest little blooms. It is usually very healthy. I don’t see much, if any, black spot. The growth is upright and mannerly. Mine tends to get covered up a bit by another OGR so it may be a bit smaller than normal size but it seems happy and is very easy to care for. I highly recommend Spong for anyone wanting to give some of the older roses a try.
