Ernie DeMarie –
This rose has pretty red flowers but so far has not grown a lot. It does flower every year and doesn’t look very much like a rugosa in foliage. Though my plant remains small it has branched out and may with time get bigger. Don’t recall a fragrance but I’d have to bend down to check.
