Floribunda, (Christian Bédard, United States, 2011)

Bring your picnic into the garden with this vibrant gem. Ketchup and Mustard’s blooms combine a layer of the brightest red and a deep yellow backside to make your eyes blink in disbelief. The blooms are set atop a rich, glossy-green bush that is tidy enough to tuck into a landscape or lend an accent to a container. Best flower size in cooler conditions. Bold and beautiful!

already had a bud on it. Nice size and even though UPS took several days longer than originally stated, they were still nice and moist. well packed. nice description card telling size, etc. this is very helpful when planting. I’ll definitely come back for more.

Along with Polynesian Punch, this is one of my most vibrant, productive roses. It’s a blooming machine, NEVER out of flower during the season here in Albuquerque NM, Zone 7B. This bush does not mind extreme heat (provided it is well watered), and the blooms retain the fabulous bright red/yellow coloration throughout the blasting high desert sun (NOT the case with many of my other roses). There is a wonderful vibrancy and exuberance to this rose that makes me smile, and I can always count on it to be floriferous and beautiful. PS: I feed all my roses a water-soluble fertilizer every 3-4 weeks during the season, this keeps them productive and on their toes, LOL!!

Absolutely one of my favorites in my garden! They’re bright and unique and they look gorgeous when there are multiple blooms on the bush. My family is huge Iowa State fans, and these were an absolute necessity in my garden. 😉 They have done extremely well in my 4b/5a growing zone in Iowa.

Ketchup & Mustard is a favorite. It has vibrant colors and blooms often. My neighbor loves it and is glad I planted it near her side of the fence. Lol! We planted it 5 years ago as a young rose from HCR. We watered it now and then but not regularly for the first 4 years. We fertilized it maybe once a year. It still produced lots of blooms every year in our zone 5a Colorado garden and grew a little over 4 feet tall and about 3 feet wide. This last year we finally hooked it up to drip irrigation (but still only fertilized it once near the end of the season) and it exploded in multiple flushes. Love this rose!
