We are currently taking orders for roses to be shipped on the date of your choice. As our roses are not bare-root, but growing in pots, they can be shipped to you for planting at any time. Our spring shipping begins in February to warmer parts of the country and continues into the summer for colder areas and later orders. We will ship your roses on the date you specify, unless we need to make a change, in which case we confirm the ship date with you. Our shipments leave here on Mondays and Tuesdays, to ensure that your roses reach you by Friday.

We try to keep ample supplies of all the roses listed on this website, but some varieties do sell out quickly. If you are looking for specific roses, we recommend that you order as early as possible, even though the roses may not be shipped until later in the season, at a ship date of your convenience. For credit card orders, we do not bill your card until the time of shipping.

The Roses: Our roses are grown and shipped to you in quart-size pots, 4½ inches square at the top and 5 inches deep. All are on their own roots and approximately 1 year old. Since they are growing in pots, they can be planted out as soon as you receive them, or live in their containers for a few days until planting is convenient. We overwinter them in cold greenhouses and they may be breaking dormancy or fully leafed out when we ship them, depending on the season. Planting instructions are included.

Shipping: Rose shipping starts in February and continues through November, depending on your preferred planting time. Please request a ship date that will ensure that the roses are not subject to hard frosts or excessive heat. We ship early in the week, usually via UPS or Priority Mail, trying to ensure that your roses arrive safely by Friday. If you have a carrier preference, please mention it on your order form. Because shipping rates are higher to more distant parts of the country, we use three different shipping zones, according to the state the shipment is going. The chart is shown at the bottom of the order form. Priority Mail rates to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are in region C. Sorry, we cannot ship to Canada or overseas.

Pricing: All roses are $11.95 to $14.95 each, plus applicable shipping costs. Visit our On-Line Shopping pages for current specials and availability.

Shipping and handling for one or two roses: $8.00
Additional roses (each): $1.00
Additional shipping to region B: $4.95 or
region C: $7.95 (please see order form)

To assist you in ordering, you may print our order form to mail or fax in, or it can be used as a reference when you call us with your order. Call toll-free at 1-800-552-2082, or mail your order to us at the address shown on the form. You may also email us with your order: roses@easilink.com. We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. At this time, our web site is not secure, so you may feel more comfortable calling us or mailing your credit card information.

Gift Certificates: If you’re looking for an unusual gift for your rose-loving friends and family members, we will happily provide gift certificates. They can be for a specific dollar amount or for the rose of your choice. Please ask us for details.

Wholesale: Prospective wholesale customers may request our wholesale ordering and availability information (not all of our roses are on the wholesale list). Our minimum wholesale order is 60 roses, in multiples of five per variety.

Hardiness: Plant hardiness is difficult to quantify, since so much of a rose's success is dependent on local temperature fluctuations, snow cover, and individual care. In our rose descriptions, hardiness zones are in parentheses and refer to USDA Hardiness Zones. Lower numbers represent colder regions and higher numbers indicate warmer climates. Where two numbers are given, i.e., Zone 5-6, winter protection is suggested in the colder zone. Most of our roses are hardy to at least Zone 5 (-15 to -20 average winter lows), with many hardy to Zones 4 or 3. We carry a few tender roses for growers in milder climates or for those who want to grow roses in containers.

Our Guarantee: We hope that you will be exceptionally happy with the quality of our roses. We guarantee them to be true to name, healthy and ready to grow when they leave our care. We cannot be responsible for local growing conditions such as unseasonal freezes, extreme heat or drought. If you have questions or concerns about your roses, please contact us within ten days of their arrival, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Availability of Roses: We try to maintain good supplies of our roses throughout the year. Due to the vagaries of rose propagation, some varieties may be ready to ship in the fall rather than spring, so check with us about our current availability list. We do not automatically back-order roses, but will do so at your request and notify you when the rose becomes available.

We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you. We hope that you will have years of enjoyment from growing these remarkable roses.
